I bought Josie in 2003 from Justine as a yearling to bring on and Event / SJ.  She is now 6 years old and a fantastic mare who tries her heart out with everything and has a lovely temperament and was very easy to back. Even when she injured herself in the field and spent 6 months on box rest as a 3 year old she took everything in her stride.  We have had a succcesful first year of competing at local events where she has jumped clears SJ and been placed at hunter trials. We are now set to event in 2009.  I still keep in touch with Justine and take Josie over to Rocks Farm for lessons with Alex and Josie has stayed on holiday livery. They always there for advice which is nice as they know her characteristics so well!

A big thank you to Justine for breeding and selling to me my perfect horse!! I have started competing Kalie (Major Dream) this year and she is proving to be every bit as talented as Justine said she would be. So much so that I have put my own broodmare in foal to Major League to try and breed myself another one. I have had an extremely friendly and professional experience with Rocks Farm Stud and continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone

I purchased a stunning filly foal from Rocks Farm Stud as a 4 month old, what can I say, she is wonderful, moves superbly and has a temperament that you could not beat, she is my horse of a lifetime and I have had a few over the years, apart from purchasing another of Major League’s offspring she is irreplaceable!

Unfortunately in her 3rd year I had a terrible accident riding someone else’s horse, this was possibly going to spell the end of my riding life but due to her amazing temperament plus the ease at which she was backed, by RFS, she takes everything in her stride whilst still having the talent to excel in anything we do, I know that I have one horse I can trust completely especially as I can not risk another fall, last year we started jumping, to me that says it all!

I have kept Jess at RFS for nearly 7 years and can attest to the horses temperaments as I see the Stallions and the foals on a daily basis, I have seen many backed and can happily say whether Stallion, gelding or mare they are all as easy to produce as my girl, before my accident I had the pleasure of backing A Different League, he was lunged a couple times, I jumped on and never looked back, he was immediately responsive and within a couple of days was walking, trotting and cantering around the school as well as trotting over poles!

I would and have recommended Major League as a Stallion and his offspring to anyone wishing to have a talented, easy in all ways, enjoyable horse!
